Hey guys
First of all thanks for this website, it is nearly perfect for beginners like me
I am currently using the Gym Training Workout Program and have difficulty choosing the right weight for some exercises. Are there any guidelines for this or should I just start with the weight and decide from there...?

Hey there! Glad to hear you're finding the site helpful! Picking the right weight for exercises can definitely be a bit of a trial-and-error process at first. A good rule of thumb is to start with a weight that you can lift for the planned number of reps with good form but that still feels challenging on the last couple of reps. If you breeze through all your reps without much effort, it's probably time to bump up the weight. Conversely, if you can't hit the minimum reps or your form starts to break down, drop down in weight. Over time, you’ll get a better feel for what weights work best for you on different exercises. Keep at it!
