I am once again trying to "get back" to a place, physically that I was 6 months ago. I am very tired of this yo-yo that I am on. I'm very familiar with weight training and have joined on here with hopes of getting back on track and staying there.
I worked out to Body for Life for, almost, 8 months straight so I am very familiar with weight training but have strayed . I have trouble with goal setting so that's one of my problems. I want to lose fat and gain muscle. I would like to lose about 10-15 lbs. and feel trim and fit.I would also like to run in a 5k run or maybe a triathalon.
