5.4" 140lbs looking to loose 20lbsof fat(gain muscle mass not included)and tone up to get lean..not bulky
In the long run I want to be healthy and practice the right methods of training and keep it up! I easily loose motivation which isn?t a good trait! I?m here to learn. Any help would be appreciated.
