   Personal Information:

Hello, my name is Richard, and Im 19 years old and will be going into my sophmore year of college. I will be studying pre-chiropratics, and am anxiously awaiting to go to a four year college.

Health & Fitness Goals - Achievements:

I was captain of my schools 4A state qualifying football team. I was also a leader in track where I threw the shot. While training for these sports I set state records in the bench and deadlift with a 315 and 425 respectively, at a bw of 215. I have realized with fitness, is happiness acheived so I am going to cut the BF % and get stronger leaner meaner and healthier, naturally. Well, now for some updates...it is now July 2004 where a year ago I started this weight loss voyage. I am sitting consitently between 180-185 lbs of body weight. I have switched my lifting to more of that of a bodybuilder, and have been seeing tremendous gains. Im still trying to lean out, but at least now, I'm well on my way.

I am sorry about your brother. My mom suffers from congestive heart failure and it is a tough thing to battle. She exercises on a phyisoball and walks. That has helped her feel better.
