Hello all, good luck with all your goals for 2008. I'm Sonia aged 33 and from the UK, after putting on 2 stones in 2 years, i'm here to get it off. Well i'm here again to start afresh in 2009 after having a beautiful baby daughter in April 2009. I weigh less than what i did when i first joined here...i lost weigh really quick within 2 weeks after having my daughter. So i am really here now to tone up.
