Hi,
I have always had 'droopy' breasts for as long as I can remember and I'm working right now on making them perkier by working on my chest muscles. My question is - can I work on them every day or should/need I have to rest them every other day? Should I rest them more than every other day? I was taught that I can work on my stomach every day and not to worry about 'resting' the stomach muscles. Is this true for chest muscles too? Hope I am making some sense over here. The day after I work my chest (and I'm working it hard) I am usually sore.

Cheers!

i would suggest having a rest day between chest workouts, so it gives them time to heal. Another suggestion for a good chest exercise is pullovers. This works the breast area well. Good luck!

I've heard that you shouldn't work any body part more than 2x a week, except for abs which can be worked every other day. Sometimes less IS more. Muscles grow during rest not during workouts.
