 Water is an essential part of your body, down to every single cell. Our entire body mass is made of two-thirds water! It is very much overlooked as a vital nutrient. It is a medium and form of transportation for chemicals throughout the body via the blood stream. During any form of exercise, we lose water in the process. Therefore, bodybuilders and athletes need to drink plenty of water following their workouts and throughout the day. In the severe case, the lack of replenishment can lead to kidney failure. Your muscle cannot grow if you are denying yourself adequate H2O supply! Below is a formula designed to determine your water supply requirement every day. The equation will give you the amount of water you should consume in ounces (oz).
