Welcome back to the ft Tip of the Week. This week we would like to take
a look at a problem that many are currently suffering from, obesity. When somebody is extremely overweight,
we call this obese. Fortunately, obesity is not for life, and people can correct this issue through dedicated
nutritional planning and exercise. Besides social problems such as low self esteem, obese people also face
many health risks, all the more reason to correct the situation. Below we will outline some health risks
that are related to obecity. Remember, it's never too late to change your life!
