At this point in time in our society, with degraded foodstuffs, etc., you surely cannot be hurt by taking a multi. Vitamins/minerals are essential for proper body functions. As a hard training athlete, you deplete more than the average folk.

Are Multi-Vitamins any good for a fairly young person whos been lifting for a while? Just out of curiousity, what does it really do for me? Im only 17 and been lifting for about 2 yrs at a good rate. Does it help me THAT much more? or just a tad bit?
