I've heard countless things about these magic berries that somehow make you lose a lot of weight. I was just wondering if there was anyone who has actually tried them and will give me and honest opinion of how well they work (if at all).

Great antioxidant capacity (Very high ORAC value). Weight loss? Don't see how this could be, they have no 'magical' powers. Weight loss is all about metabolism and diet.

My understanding is that you lose a lot of wait when you first start taking a high dose of them because they clean out a lot of waste from your intestines or colin. Maybe similar to a couple enema's?
