II want to put on 30-35 pounds of muscle but I have a hard time eating because of chronic back pain. I am doing the treadmill three times a day and workout one muscle group a day with light weight. How can I get my desired weight/calories to reach my goal of 195?
I am 6' and 155. Before the injury I weighed 210, muscle.
Ya gotta eat man! Eat big and lift heavy. You need to be eating as many clean calories as possible. There's just no other way around it. You have to have give your body the fuel it needs to create new lean muscle mass.
