My trainer has me on 2 scoops of Krush 4 a half hour before the gym then 3 scoops of Superpump as soon as i arrive and then 2 scoops of Size On while working out and then another 2 scoops of Krush 4 immediately after i finish my workout then a protein shake when i arrive home is this way to much creatine?? I am 21 and weigh about 180lbs

AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH...Is your trainer selling you this stuff? I'd get a new trainer.Beat him and then fire him. At 21 you just don't need it. You're wasting your money.

Eat lift rest. That's more than enough.

personal experience w/superpump dont care for it it just gave me intense migranes your trainers all wrong get rid of him
