I am 48 diagnosed wsith high blood pressure and have been told when I do cardio to "take it easy". Not sure what that means, so I am unsure of what I can or cannot do? Any advice

It sounds like you may be feeling a bit unsure about how to proceed with your cardio exercise routine. When someone is told to "take it easy" during exercise, it generally means that they should not push themselves too hard. This is often recommended for individuals with certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure, to avoid overexertion and potential complications. To clarify, "taking it easy" does not necessarily mean that you cannot do any form of exercise or physical activity. Instead, it means that you should adjust the intensity and duration of your workouts to suit your current health status.
