I am new to free trainers but not new to weight loss. About three years ago I lost 65 pounds. The following year, I got injured playing basketball in college and gained almost 40 pounds back. I want and need to lose 4 pounds. So I am trying atro-phex and was wondering if anyone had an comments or advice. It puts me in a great mood, gives me a lot of energy, and makes me eat less. But if anyone has an comments on it, please share them!

Just make sure that your diet is 100% in line with your goals. If not your results won't last. I'd usually suggest going as far as you can with proper diet before trying supplements. Mainly because of how fast the body adapts to them.
