Just a quick question. What is everyone's opinion on mixing your supplements together?
For example, I'm thinking of trying beta alanine or creatine. Is it ok to mix the scoops in with my protein shakes? Or should I be taking them separate?
I mix my Protein, BCAA's, Beta Alanine and Brown Rice Carbs all together but now thanks to jbennett I add my creatine in only at the moment I'm about to take it.
