I may cave in and give mono a shot and put the Di-Creatine on the shelf and would like to know how many grams of the Brown Rice Carb should I use when I load.
I choose to use Brown Rice Carb over Maltodextrin and Dextrose. I will load at the 4x5g for 5 days then just do 5g PWO. I was thinking about 30g of the BRC per 5g mono. Also on non lifting day I would use the 30g BRC and 5g mono. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! |

Not bad. I prefer mono over all the rest because it's the only one that seems to work for me.
One quick suggestion: On non-training days, you can take your creatine with a high protein/high carb real-food meal (steak and potatoes, chicken and rice, etc). It'll save you some $$$ on buying any kind of carb powder. -------------- --JBennett "I've up-ed my intensity.... now up yours!" "Pain is only weakness leaving the body." ============
Quoting from SFGiantsMVP: Decided to load with no sugar added Grape Juice from Welch's ============= Great choice! That's what I drink about 30-45 minutes before each training session (12oz or so). -------------- --JBennett "I've up-ed my intensity.... now up yours!" "Pain is only weakness leaving the body." I hate this loading phase it's everything that has kept me away from mono all these years and why I chose to use CEE and DiCreatine Malate, CEE being the better of the 2 for me.
This bloat feel screws up my appetite but I eat away anyways. I'm hoping once I do a 5g per day I'll react better. Tomorrow is my last load day thank God! -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! |

Today is the last load day and seems to be better then the other days so I'm sure after today on a 5g maintenance I'll be fine.
I do already feel a difference in strength as opposed to last weeks routine and this weeks so I'm so far so good on being sold on mono. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! |

What are you taking your creatine with now: the brown rice stuff or are you still using grape juice?-------------- --JBennett "I've up-ed my intensity.... now up yours!" "Pain is only weakness leaving the body." "Never think of how weak you are; think of how strong you're going to be." |

Day's off Grape Juice and PWO Brown Rice in my PWO Shake.
Seems to be doing real good for me but I'm not sure about loading up again every several weeks or so. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! |

Ok it was just the load phase that sucked and now I'm good to go and will just stick with mono from this point on.
I use the micronized mono. Question is should I reload every 8 or 12 weeks? -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! |

Ok I'll ask one more time!
I use the micronized mono. Question is should I reload every 8 or 12 weeks I don't cycle? Extra question is 5g per day good enough or should I take 10. So confusing with some saying take it 2g to 5g per day and then others saying 10g a day split as Pre and Post, I take it Post 5g per day. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! I don't cycle. Some people choose to, others do not. I have yet to see any real evidence to prove one better than the other. I take 5g 30min pre-training with beta-alanine and grape juice, and 2g afterwards. I take 5g with my first lunch on non-training days. I'm over 240lbs and I don't use 10g. -------------- --JBennett "I've up-ed my intensity.... now up yours!" "Pain is only weakness leaving the body." I'm going to get rid of Whey PWO and use Milk Protein Isolate instead which is 80% casein and 20% whey. Whey just don't do it and now that I'm not afraid to eat big recovery isn't a issue. -------------- Knock-Um Down & Keep-Um Down! I also am not a huge fan of reloading. I think in most cases it is totally unecessary.
And I am a huge fan of MPI for my protein needs. -------------- Baseball is the only field of endeavor where a man can succeed three times out of ten and be considered a good performer |
