I'm nearly done my current jug of whey protein, sensation 81 (which is absurdly annoying to mix, tried it in regular milk and skim milk. Even water which was extremely nasty, both the way it looked and tasted.) And I've been doing some googling but nothing conclusive has some up, I don't really trust testimonials located on the sites selling the product. Anyone know of a good brand? And I also need to bulk up (at like 6% bodyfat, abs are clearly visible and I've barely worked on them. You can even see the outline of the top 2, so I have an 8 pack :p.) so anyone know of like a shake or something that can help me. I've upped the amount of food I'm eating, at like 4 meals a day but there's been no gain. (Super metabolism)

Try Advocare. They have a Performance Elite line that is awesome. Check it out at www.advocare.com/07021604. Check out the endorsers. All of them are non paid so they do not get a paycheck for endorsing the products. You would be suprised at the big named athletes using this products. I think that is a huge testimonial in itself.

go to www.giantnutrition.net
Each batch is certified, the flavors are awesome, and mix very easily. Price is right also.

True protein is great for making your own blend. But for just a plain great tasting high quality whey isolate, can't beat giant.

Try vital.com,i doubt any of this is going to slow down your metabolism,i would go to a restaurant and order all you can eat steak, and eat and eat and eat, plus make shure you get a baked potato in there to a very good complex carbohydrate, you just cant eat protein and think this is your cure, complex carbohydrate is the answear, with a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.
