Hi, have a question about natural slowdown/stopping of creatine production in the body when supplementing.
I've asked some questions in other sections of the forum and came to this.
If you supplement with creatine, natural creatine production in your body should slow down or stop.
How do you control that so you don't harm yourself?
How do you restart the process.
Thank you

From what I have read that will not happen immediately and tends to be the result of long periods of creatine supplementing. Many recommend cycling on and off of creatine to avoid these types of problems. I would think that if you followed that advice you would be fine, but I'm sure others will comment as well.

In a nutshell, much ado about nothing.
