Day 3 of using FT.com.. I may be getting ambitious but I commonly go beyond the recommended reps and/or set limits and today found myself feeling ready for round 2 after my cool down, so I halved the workout and did it again. It would be great to have a 'workout' note at the end of the log book to record this in or the ability to add additional sets and/or exercises to the log.. This evening while logging on to see tomorrows plan I noticed some people are using the FLog in that manner, and I may do the same... But then I'll be retyping my logbook or flipping between the two to see the exercises, reps, ect.. Yup, just decided.. rather have a workout note at the end of the log.. I hope the developers think so too

Hey Charlie, thanks for the feedback. Ill be searching FLogs tonight for the power users u mention. Your method with notepad sounds easier than flipping between pages... I'll give it a try once I get a little better at remembering which each exercise is which. So far the links to pics and descriptions of each exercise on the logsheet have made it very easy to feel comfortable that I'm doing things right, and on the right machine. Haha! Feel free to chime in anytime.

I haven't looked at the new means of recording exercise routines provided by the sight. I used FT for ideas and adhered to the routines provided but I make my own routines now loosely based on the FT routines. The easiest way of recording for me is to write my routines in word pad, once, without reps and weights. Whichever routine I do I can cut and paste the blank form into my flog and add weights , sets and reps before I hit submit. It's not unusual to add onto or reduce the routine. I learned a great deal from reading logs of experienced lifters here in the olden days and exchanging ideas. By posting your full routine you can offer and receive help and ideas. Just a thought
