An idiot thinking my gym was a pick up joint resulted in me using that annoyance to my advantage - I really felt strong Friday! Really pushed all my sets :) It's nice when negatives turn into positives :)
Smith Lunges: 12x90, 10x110, 8x110
Leg Press: 15x210, 11x230, 11x250
Inner Hip Abductor: 12x200, 10x200, 10x200
Machine Calf Raise: 12x300, 10x300, 11x300
Seated Calf Raises: 12x125, 12x125, 12x125
ABS ABS ABS - 40 minutes worth - woohoo!
