10/10! Legs-Glutes

Highlights & Lowlights: This was about the toughest workout ever - I was so very tired, lacking motivation (due to fatigue) and had to really push myself to get to the gym. Felt awful after just the first rep of smith lunges and wanted to quit right there. Did not allow it! Stubborness I guess, has its virtues! I not only made it through, I pushed, ripped and made advances! What a great feeling - to overcome and defeat the negative thoughts/fatigue so well and come out positive!

Smith Lunges: 10x105, 10x105, 10x125
Leg Press: 15x240, 10x250, 12x250
Leg Curl: 12x110, 11x120, 12x130 PB!
Seated Leg Extension: 10x100, 10x110, 15x120
Seated Calf Raises: 9x155, 11x135, 11x135
Single Calf Raises: 10x40, 10x40, 10x40
Abs - 3 sets
Chin-ups - 5
