Yesterday, was a rest day. Just couldn't seem to get motivated to exercise. I read a book instead, titled "Please stop laughing at me," by Jodee Blanco. My daughter brought it home for me to read. It's about bullying and how it devastates the child being bullyed and scares them deeply affecting their selfesteem into adulthood. It was a very eye opening book.
