10k Obstacle Run
Hi All,
I have entered myself for a 10k obstacle run in september this year.
I would class mself as an intermediate at running, I have started a 12 week program to increase my fitness levels again after they dropped of for a bit.
I competed in a sprint triathlon last year, which I loved, but I stopped training once I had competed.
Kinda finding it difficult to get motivated again, I think it may be due to my diet, I know I'm not eating the correct things at the correct time.
I run 4 times per week, and go in my gym 4 times per week, I have hit a bit of a plateau now and dont seem to be able to increase my muscle size, I am relatively toned but struggle to get rid of the standard layer over my stomach.
Any advice, hints or tips would be taken on board.
