#11- Lazy

Lazy day.  Did a 20 minute warm up on bike then 2 sets of 20 crunches, side and front planks, flys- 3 sets 12 w/ 7lb dumbells, chest press, 2 sets 20 with 10lb dumbells, frenchpress 3 set 10 with 5lb dumbells, upward rows 3 sets 12 with 10lb dumbells, bicep curls 3 set 15 with 10lb dumbbells, squats 2 sets 20 unweighted,  then a lot of stretching and basically laying around on the floor.  Nutrition wise...could be better.  Skipped breakfast, well had coffee (I cant eat before I work out) then after workout a spinich & soy chorizo omlette with a piece of wheat toast.  Lunch was an avecado (yup, ate the whole thing) with some baked scoops.  Did a whole lot of laying around today so far.
