I have been sick the last few days so I have been taking it easy. I did an easy 40 minute walk (3.2 mph incline 1.5) in the afternoon and 26 minutes of light aerobics with strength training mixed in. Hopefully I get over this soon so I can start the harder, more fun exercising.

    I hope you feel better soon. You're still doing pretty good for keeping up with exercising eventhough you're feeling not too well. Keep it up! You're an inspiration of all that you do. =)
