Yersterday, I started training a friend in weightlifting. I did Cathe Friedrics - Step Max for 30 min. and than my friend arrived and I walked with her uphill in the woods for 10 min. to warm her up. She had a hard time with the hill but I assured her she would get stronger. After, that we started our training session. We had a lot of fun and she got a good workout. Can't wait to see her stronger and more confident. :)
