12 Month Countdown
I turn 40 next year, and I want to be in the best shap of my adult life. I just started exercising last week, and 8 days into my plan, I am feeling great about my goal for the next 12 months. I want to lose between 30 - 35 pounds, and really tone up. It would be nice to get some muscle definition as well. I just found this site today, and will be adapting my workout plan based on the recommendations I found here. I sincerely hope that I stay committed to the plan and can post some results each month. Thanks to this site for helping me actually get a plan in place.
