12 Week Mass Workout
I have recently joined this site and have resgistered onto the 12 week mass gain workout plan....Gotta say, this is the best workout that I have experienced so far compared to my prior workouts that had almost got me frustrated and tensed. I can actually feel the pain and getting all sweaty in the gym which makes me REAL proud to say that FINALLY I am getting my acts together. I am getting a real pleasure following the workout plan and am eager to see the results after 12 weeks. My question is.....Will the 12 week worout plan actually get u bulky and in shape??? SOUNDS UNBELIEVABLE....Has anyone got any results with this workout?? I would highly appreciate your feedbacks and results. THANKYOU :)....
