I am excited to get back on my exercise schedule. Due to a family emergency I was unable to log my workouts so I will pick it up today. In the morning I did 20 minutes of stairs. At night I alternated between stairs, running on the treadmill, and pushups for 40 minutes with a cooldown. I also did a service project for two hours that was physically demanding.
