Wasn't feeling well today so I took it easy. 20 minutes of Just Dance 4 in the morning. 40 minutes of easy aerobics in the afternoon. 40 minute easy walk with incline and 4 minutes of yoga for relaxation. I figured if I exercise for longer at an easy pace I would still feel fine and it worked.
