How's it going, guys?
I think eventually I'll get my ass to be consistent in flogs, but for now remembering and posting at all is better than giving up. I've been keeping a food journal on MFP, and resolved myself (again) to pick up where I left off. In June I started the "30 Day Ab Challenge" with a few friends, but most of them gave up within the first week, and without their support (and competition), I did too after 13 days.
I'm still sorely lacking in time and stress management, and my grades, weight and anxiety can attest to that, but I'm still not giving up.
Still sticking to my goal of looking and feeling great for my 21st (143 days to go). I'd love to lose 15 kilos and have a 6-pack but that may not be realistic even if I stick to it. For now, it's doing the best I can and feeling that I gave it an honest shot. For now, this is keeping an eye on my food (1,200 Cals a day), making healthy choices and not giving up when I go over or up in weight. I picked back up on the "30 Day Ab Challenge" at day 14 the day before yesterday, and day 1 of the "30 Day Little Black Dress Challenge". If I can, I'll get back in to my Couch to 5k running, and when the challenges are finished I'll have a look at P90X and get serious.
Today is a rest day (day 16) for the ab challenge, and day 3 of the lbd. I'm definitely hurting and I'm okay with it.
