As fast as possible...

I spent 15 minutes recovering in my car. 

Tonight: Lower body

Squat: 4X6 @ 90 lbs
RDL: 2X6 @ 70 lbs
Calf raise: 4X12
Lying leg curl: 4X12
Leg extension: 4X12
