15/33..Pilates and Swimming
Todays workout was a Pilates class over the lunch hour. it's the start of a new session, so pretty easy, but that's OK. I didn't make it to the gym last night because I had a hair appnt after work and then my daughter wanted to spend time with me before she heads off to a friends cottage today. It was well worth the quality time with my baby (;
I have my Masters Swimming at 8pm tonight.
I also discovered that the place I've done Moksha Yoga, also offers a meditation class on Sunday evenings. So if at all possible, I'm going to check it out this Sunday and see if I can't learn how to shut my brain down for a few minutes each day.
Diet and alcohol avoidance still going well. I have a party to go to on Friday night so we'll see how my willpower holds out. I have to get up at 6am the next morning for a golf game, so maybe that'll help motivate me to remain dry.
