1st day back... going to give it another try =)

Exercises set for today are:
*60mins. Super Challenge Power Walk w/Leslie Sansone
*Inversion Table hanging for a few minutes
*20mins. Yoga for beginners w/ Rodney Yee
I'm back, and going to give it another go to try to stick with these daily exercises.
