1st Flog πŸ‘ŒπŸΎ

Well I decided if I'm gonna do this right, I'd better write πŸ“sometimes in my Flog since I'm a rather forgetful personπŸ™ƒ.
I did one month of a introductional plan from Freetrainers just to get my body used to working out again. I recently switched to a more advanced Mass Building workout and finished the first two days. I have to say I like the workouts so far...I'm motivated and I've already noticed SMALL πŸ˜‰ changes since I started a little over a month ago. It's amazing how quickly muscle memory comes back. I know there will come a time when I plateau but for now I'm pretty happy with the progress πŸ‘πŸΎ I'm making. I was quite embarrassed 😳 the first time I started again and the weights I THOUGHT πŸ€”πŸ’­ I should be lifting was NOWHERE near what I could actually lift πŸ‹πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ. Humbling experience to say the least haha 😜.
Anyway let's see πŸ‘€ how I progress with my little "self experiment" of lifting without changing my diet. I actually eat 🍽 fairly (πŸ•πŸ»πŸ”)healthy anyway, but I don't REALLY wanna change my eating habits since I'm in pretty decent shape (thanks mom and dad for the great geneticsπŸ‘πŸΎ) and my doctor says I'm in good health...so why should I? I'm doing this more out of vanity πŸ˜‡ than health reasons to be honest. I am a 44 year old former professional basketball player β›ΉπŸ½β€β™‚οΈ who is now a teacher πŸ‘¨πŸΎβ€πŸ«...why would I deprive myself of the food that I like? To be HEALTHIER? Nah..at least for the moment I will pass πŸ€™πŸΎ...and that's not a knock on anyone that has revamped their diet or something like that...just my personal choice...who knows πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ, I might change my mind after a year...let's see...
