1st Week complete
So my first week is complete. I feel good about what I am doing. I have successfully not smoked for a week also. I am starting to maintain a better and healthier diet. The only let down for the week was getting injured at work. I had 4 12 foot 2x6 boards fall on me and hit my stomach, rib area. I am quite bruised up and little soar. I was able to work out today, so not doing too bad.
