Shoulder presses 3 12 35lbs

DB laterals 3 12 8lbs*
DB presses 3 12 8lbs*
Triceps kickbacks 3 12 8lbs*
Triceps pushdown 3 12 30 lbs

Cardio...gonna go with chellie and say I'm gonna get in enough cardio in the next few days...walk in circle,squat at table,yell at cooks...repeat...over and over and over.....
