Going really well so far. I used to be a clock watcher when in the gym and work out for no longer than 30 mins (alonge with swimming ect) I am now in the gym for no less than 60 minutes a time on 4 days out of the week.

Focusing on different areas has really helped me with technique as well.

Really pleased with the results so far :)
