Yesterday I did 30 minutes of step aerobics in the morning and 45 minutes of step aerobics at night. Today I did 30 minutes of step aerobics in the morning. In the afternoon I did 40 minutes of the stair machine and jogging. At night I did a 2.4 mile jog and 20 minutes of lower body strength training.
