257 lbs Not updating the training log that much but still going strong.

Here it is the begining of the forth week. Haven't been lifting this week but working cardio pretty strong. Diet is going strong, had a few weeknesses, wife made a Butter Cream pie that I could not ignore! Other then that little blimish, I've done real well I believe. I'm not counting calories or numbers or anything fancy just lowering the portions, avoiding fatty stuff, processed sugers, and my favorite meal "Seconds". Honey, love honey, will not give that up, it's naturel, so a small amount a day on oatmeal or grape-nuts hasn't hurt to much so far.
Well, for the update... I Started the year at 265.5 lbs, I'm now at 257 lbs. Not bad for three weeks I think. I was the biggest loser in my family contest this week. We three have lost a total of 39 lbs combined.

On another good note, I purchased a 05 MINI Cooper S last week. Now I gota lose the weight to look good in my new ride.
