27/33.....last post was last Tues...what the heck have I been doing??

Not sure why I haven't posted on almost a week, but I guess last week must have gotton hectic at work. As far as workouts go, I'm not sure I did anything since last Tuesdays swim...Had lunch with my Mom on Wed, work function at lunch on Thursday, 1/2 day Friday...went golfing and golfed again on Saturday....must be summer time! My golf game on Sat was awesome. Shot 56 on the front 9..not great, but a tough course...but shot 46 on the back 9. My game is starting to come together...finally! We played a beautiful course in Niagara Falls.

Diet wasn't stellar since last Tuesday, but not too bad.

Todays workout...Legs

3min on treadmill

3 SS
1a walking lunges (single leg/with bar, bar+twist)
1b jump squats

4 sets SLDL/s 12X45/10X65/8X85/8X105

4 sets leg press 12X180/12X200/12X200 fast/6 fast, 6 slow 200lb

3 sets leg curls
12X65/10X70/6X70 (I hate these)

3 sets leg curls with ball (I hate these too)

4 sets BB squats 12X45/10X95/8X115/6X115 (this was a tough way to end a workout!)

Lots of leg stretching to cool down. I think I'm gonna feel this tomorrow.

Great workout. Looking forward to some down time..my 2 weeks holidays officially start on Thursday at 5:30pm....not that I'm watching the clock or anything (:
