2nd Day

Well I was still sore after the workouts from day one. So instead of just kicking back, I made sure each time I went out I walked to the place I was going as well as took the stairs each time.  I also added in a twenty minute boxing work out. Happy to say that my husband did push to do something after he got home. So I do have some motivation currently.
