3 Day Split

This is my 3 day split that I will begin on Monday 11/26/06
Each week the # of sets & reps will change. Even though the sets & reps will change the overall load will increase each session.
I will be using sets x reps of 4 x 10, 5 x 5, 3 x 15.
Lifting Day #1

Seated Row 4 10 60

Push Downs 4 10 60
Ball Crunches 3 15 30
Lifting Day #2
