30 day challenge: Day 1

So I've been a bit lazy the last week but I'm back because I promised myself that the 1st day of this month I will be starting my 30 day challenge. Just to change it up a bit. It's quite simple. Just 2 exercised each day to tone your body, they call it the beach body challenge.
So day 1:
50 crunches. I did crunches almost everyday before but I did 15x3 crunches. Never have I done 50 all at once unless I was getting tortured by my PE teacher which would've been 7 years ago. It was fairly easy until I got to 15 then it got slightly harder, then 35 it got really hard but I did it all at once. W00t! Go me.
2 x 60 second planks. Planks are hard for me, I did both planks without resting but not without yelling and grunting and probably not without making my neighbours worry about me. The second one was especially hard.
So 29 days to go. I better stick to it :D
