30 day challenge: Day 15

I suppose I should log that I walked laps of the pool for roughly 3 hours today at work. I always feel too lazy to exercise after work. Ugh but I got straight into my workout after because I wanted to go to karaoke tonight :P

So firstly I did 50 woodchops on each side. It's meant to work your obliques apparently but I didn't feel it much. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.

I made up for it with 50 squat jumps which are so hard!!!!! My legs were sore, are sore and will be sore.

I took a peak at what's next for the challenge tomorrow. Lots of long planks D: I'm praying that I'll have the motivation.

    OHHHHHHH yeah I know what you mean haha. Yeah I don't have a barbell or any weights. I don't even have milk bottles because I don't drink milk. I use my shampoo bottles xD

    Let's just say I need to do a little work on the plank walks. Any exercise like squats, lunges and calf raises that you can add weight to will vastly increase your leg strength. Pistols are single leg squats. I use a bench just to touch a hand to for balance.
