30 day challenge: Day 4

I had a head cold today so I didn't really feel like doing the challenge but I heard that if the sickness is above the shoulders you should still exercise. So here goes day 4.
200 crunches. When I saw that my eyes popped. I could manage 100 crunches in one go but I needed a rest before I did the next 100.
100 skater slides on each side and I managed to do it all in one go. My legs are ripped xD but they're killing me at the moment. I'm sort of dreading what's the challenge tomorrow.
Besides the fact that I'm sick I actually find this challenge very motivating and I want to do more of these 30 day challenges. I mean, what's 10 minutes out of your day for a month to make a healthier difference to your body.
Vegetarian diet is also going well. No more greasy burgers. I feel satisfied yet don't feel gluggy like you do after eating a steak. It honestly has given me more energy. Plus more pigs, cows and chickens get to live :D.
