30 day challenge: Day 5

Still sick. Wishing it would go away. Day 5 it's getting quite hard. My legs and abs are killing me.

100 knee ups on each leg jumping up and down. After about 30 I couldn't jump anymore. So I did it slowly.

75 russian twists. Meant to work your obliques aparently. It hurt like a mofo.

Still taking it easy, haven't done much cardio apart from hopping up and down. Waiting for the cold to subside.
