30 day challenge: Day 6

So yesterday I didn't do day 6 of my 30 day challenge because my cold got really bad and I felt feverish and drowsy. I had a really busy day. I went to uni in the morning and used up an entire box of tissues. I'm feeling better today. My nose is still running and I keep sneezing but my temperature is back to normal so I was able to continue on today.

I did 50 supermans, I didn't find this very difficult while I was doing it but I did feel it in my back when I came out of it.

50 squats. Legs of steel of course ;)

Hopefully I make a full recovery soon!

    Thanks geezer! Yep I've pulled many a muscle doing squats wrong. Learned from my mistakes lol

    Get well. Sometimes it's best to chill a day or so and get well. Be sure you sit your butt right down on or between your heels when you squat. I love goblet squats. You da bom Kat.
