30 day challenge: Day 8

I found it hard to squeeze in some exercise today byt the good thing about this challenge is that it takes 10 minutes a day. I've had a cold so I haven't been pushing myself lately. But today I had work from 9-4 and I slept in so couldn't work out before and had to go straight to the city afterwards to meet friends for dinner and watch a revue. Then I went for drinks afterwards. I didn't get home until 1:30 in the morning and I was starving.
So while I was heating up my food in the microwave I did 25 squats in the kitchen lol.
And while that food was cooling down I did 100 skater slides. Lack of time is no excuse! There is always time for squats, push ups. crunches etc. You only need your body and a floor!
