Highlights: Arms are sore today :)
Lowlights: Time was limited - couldn't complete workout (moving Triceps to Friday leg nite) Blahs still hanging around grrr :(

Front DB Raises: 15x12, 15x12, 10x14, 10x14 (gains!! -haven't bumped up weight in many months! yay)
Standing Lateral Raises: 10x14, 10x12, 10x12, 9x12
DB 21's: 10x14, 10x14, 9x14
Barbell Curls: 15x25, 10x35, 9x35
Abs
